Land Procurement (Order Value - ₹18 Crores).: Procured 1200 acres of land for setting up a cement plant and mining operations for Bhavya Cement.

Site Selection: Conducted preliminary surveys across two to three locations to select the most economical and strategic location for the plant. Survey reports were submitted to the client for final approval.

Infrastructure Development: Initially, there was no access road to the plant. Amala Projects leveraged strong connections with government officials to propose and facilitate the construction of a road connecting nearby villages to the plant. Successfully completed this milestone.

Civil Construction: Involved in various civil construction activities for the cement plant. (Order Value - ₹3 Crores).

Government Liaison: Handled all permissions and approvals from both state and central government bodies for the project.

Logistics: Managed logistics for all materials required by Bhavya Cement.
