History and Experience

• Bhavya Cement Plant – Tangeda, Dachepalli Mandal, Palnadu Dist., Andhra Pradesh

  • Land Procurement (Order Value - ₹18 Crores): Procured 1200 acres of land for setting up a cement plant and mining operations.
  • Site Selection & Infrastructure: Conducted surveys across two to three locations to select the plant site, and facilitated an access road connecting nearby villages to the plant.
  • Civil Construction: Involved in various civil construction activities for the cement plant (Order Value - ₹3 Crores).
  • Government Liaison & Logistics: Handled all state and central government permissions and managed logistics for plant materials.
  
  

• Shree Cement Ltd – Dachepalli Mandal, Palnadu Dist., Andhra Pradesh

  • Land Procurement (Order Value - ₹108 Crores): Procured 1400 acres of land in just 3 years, after other agencies had failed for seven years; 99.20% of land procurement completed.
  • Cost Saving: Proposed and conducted a joint road-rail survey, saving the client approximately ₹30 Crores.
  • Civil Construction (Order Value - ₹55 Crores): 10 km CC road, bridges and culverts (5,500 cubic metres of concrete), office buildings, storage warehouses and water tank.
  • Material Supply: Supplied sand, aggregates and moorum for the project.
  • Renewable Energy: Involved in commissioning of the 50MW solar power plant, land acquisition and obtaining approvals from government bodies.
  
  

• Ambuja Cements Ltd (Adani Group) – Dachepalli Mandal, Palnadu Dist., Andhra Pradesh

  • Land Procurement (Order Value - ₹14 Crores): Procured 700 acres of land for setting up a cement plant and mining operations, where other agencies had not succeeded for 20 years.
  • Government Approvals: Obtained all necessary approvals and NOCs for construction activities.
  • Road-Rail Survey: Involved in the planning and construction of the road-rail project.
  • Civil Construction: 2 km boundary wall and mines department office building at the Guntur project.
  
  

• ACC Ltd (Adani Group) – Wadi, Gulbarga, Karnataka

  • Land Procurement: Secured approval to acquire 1,650 acres of land in Wadi, Karnataka, for plant expansion (Order Value - ₹33 Crores).
  • Civil Construction: Involved in civil construction for ACC Ltd, including a 3 km × 3.75 m wide BT road at Wadi (Order Value - ₹50 Crores).
  
  

• JK Cement Ltd – Muddapur, Bagalkote Dist., Karnataka

  • Land Acquisition: 100 acres for the overland belt conveyor (OLBC) corridor and 900 acres for mining purposes.
  • Work Order Value: ₹70.00 Crores, dated 01.09.2026.
  • Status: Work order received, work in progress.

  • Land Procurement & Infrastructure Development (Order Value - ₹10 Crores): Land acquisition for the plant area and miscellaneous civil works in the plant area.

  • Land Procurement & Infrastructure Development (Order Value - ₹25 Crores): Land acquisition for the plant extension area and civil works in the plant area.
  
  

• Adani Green Energy – Karnataka & Andhra Pradesh

  • Involved in land procurement and establishing 100MW of solar power plants at Wadi (Karnataka) and Dachepalli (Andhra Pradesh).
  
  

• Zelestra Energy – Andhra Pradesh (Spain Company)

  • Project: 150 MW Wind + 200 MW Solar Power Project (Anantapur & Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh).
  • Scope of work: Capacity (GO) allotment from NREDCAP and land acquisition for 36 WTG locations plus 800 acres of solar land.
  • Work Order Value: ₹90.00 Crores
  • Status of project: Work order received, work in progress on a war-footing basis; government approvals including AAI & MoD NOC.
