Land Procurement (Order Value - ₹14 Crores): Ambuja Cements had procured 3000 acres but struggled to acquire the remaining 700 acres due to difficult negotiations with landowners. Despite 20 years of unsuccessful attempts by other agencies, Amala Projects stepped in and managed to procure 500 acres within 9 months, with 200 more acres in progress.

Road-Rail Survey: Amala Projects is involved in the planning and construction of a road-rail project for Ambuja Cements.

Project Impact: Helped overcome long-standing challenges and significantly advanced the progress of the project.
