Amala Projects successfully procured 1400 acres of land within 3 years (Order Value – ₹108 Crores), resolving a 7-year delay faced by other agencies. A joint road-rail survey was conducted, optimizing the route and saving ₹30 crores in potential costs. Land procurement was completed with 99.90% efficiency.
Amala also coordinated with various government departments to secure all required approvals and NOCs for construction. Additionally, the company undertook civil construction works (Order Value – ₹55 Crores) and supplied essential materials like sand, aggregates, and murom.
In the renewable energy sector, Amala provided end-to-end consulting and facilitated land acquisition and approvals for the successful commissioning of a 50MW solar power plant.
